MJK / MJHP preparing millers are designed for clearing new peat production areas and annual maintaining of existing strips. The rotor is equipped with knife cutters that efficiently cut through any trees or stumps in the bog. Preparing millers are also ideal for transforming peatland into farm land.
Features:
The hydraulic rear roller compresses the milled peat when driving in the forward direction. When driving in reverse, it can be used to knock over and compress trees and shrubs against the ground. The rear roller also supports the machine, reducing the surface pressure of the tractor-implement combination.
The POC-3000 safety clutch effectively protects the transmission against excessive loads that can occur frequently when facing stones, for example.

Screw ditchers for effective ditching on peatland
OJK screw ditchers are the perfect tool for ditching on peatland in all conditions. The auger effectively cuts any trees, roots or stumps in the bog, and ditching can be carried out even when there is ground frost. A single pass is required to create a clean ditch at the maximum depth. Peat is thrown a long distance on each side of the ditch and distributed evenly across the strip.
Features:
Hydraulic rear plates prevent peat from being thrown back into the ditch, especially when cleaning old ditches. The RT-600 TT is a towable screw leveller that is pulled behind the tractor. Screw levellers are designed for clearing bogs and maintaining existing peat production strips in autumn. In addition, the RT-600 TT can be used to clear new farm land. The screw leveller can be equipped with a special heavy-duty auger to cope with high-mineral soils.

Profilers for shaping peat strips during production
The PRF-240 profiler has been designed for shaping peat strips during production. It can be used to level raised ditch borders and spread the excess peat evenly across the entire width of the strip. The excess peat can then be collected into the peat stack during normal milled peat production. Using the profiler 2-3 times a season helps keep production strips in optimal condition without any further steps required.
The simple and sturdy design of the PRF-240 profiler enables it to be used effectively on both big and small peatlands.
Profilers can be specified with a road transportation kit that makes it easy to move from one worksite to another, even using a civil car.
The transmission has two T-gears that enable optimal angles for the PTO shaft.

Versatile mulcher for excavator of all sizes. The mulcher is ideal for crushing the frozen layer of milled- and horticultural peat stock piles before loading. Mulcher can be used to crush individual stumps, to crush vegetation from peripheral areas and from the edges of ditches.

Meri Rotator New
Rotator allows the operator to place the mulcher in the desired working position. Safe, and versatile positioning reduces carrier movement and makes the working more efficient. Using the rotator, work can be accomplished while swinging the boom or moving the boom normally. Work is possible in narrower, confined environments, where the use of a fixed mounted crusher would be impossible or much more difficult.
